-� The March 22, 2006 secondary containment test report for the Manthey Road facility <br /> was not received by this office until May 22, 2006. <br /> Title 23, CCR 2638 (a) Annual monitoring certification. All monitoring equipment used to <br /> satisfy the requirements of this article shall be installed, calibrated, operated and maintained in <br /> accordance with manufacturer's instructions, and certified every 12 months for operability, <br /> proper operating condition, and proper calibration. Written records shall be maintained as <br /> required in section 2712. <br /> 4 The Airport Way facility was approximately one month late for the annual monitoring <br /> certification. Testing was due by May 2005 and was not performed until June 6, 2005. <br /> 4 The Cherokee Lane facility was approximately five months late for the annual <br /> monitoring certification. Testing was due by September 2005 and was not performed until <br /> February 21, 2006. <br /> 4 The Manthey Road facility was approximately one month late for the annual monitoring <br /> certification. Testing was due by February 2006 and was not performed until March 2006. <br /> Title 23, CCR 2638 (a) Annual line leak detector test. Before repairing an underground storage <br /> tank system, the owner or operator shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the local agency that <br /> the conditions and requirements specified in subsection 2660(k) will be met.
