431 failed to retain copy of manifest bill of lading for spent lead acid
batteries
We were not provided these documents from Interstate Batteries as we
explained to Mr. Cacapit. We did provide Mr. Cacapit with a letter from Interstate
Batteries explaining this. Unfortunately and regrettably we can not provide you
with something that was not provided to us. However, we have had lengthy
discussions with Interstate Batteries and they will begin providing us that
information, so that, we can keep it on file. Enclosed you will see a copy of the
document they (Interstate Battery) provided us with when they picked up our cores
on 2/18/09. We will continue to insist that they provide us with proper
documentation, which we will keep a record of and have available for review.
#33 failed to: 3. We will continue to monitor the
accumulation start dates and have waste picked up before storage dates are due.
Will keep records in such a manner that they are available for review.
#88 stored hazardous waste on site greater than 180 days
We had hazardous waste that had been on site longer than 180 days
picked up ( see #33 and enclosed documentation). We will continue to monitor
accumulation dates to insure waste is disposed of properly and within 180 days of
accumulation start dates.
Please let us know if there is anything else that is required of us.
