Documentation of employee training is maintained at this facility. Training documentation did not indicate that
employees had been trained on hazardous waste management or response. Rhonda Alaria confirmed that hazardous
waste management or response training needs to be scheduled for the current employees. It was mentioned to
Rhonda Alaria that an eight ounce bottle of combustible Evinrude Johnson genuine fuel stabilizer fluid with
approximately one ounce of liquid inside was found in the facility dumpster. This dumpster also contained several
saturated and contaminated absorbent pads. The generator must ensure that all employees who handle hazardous
waste are thoroughly familiar with proper waste handling and emergency procedures. Immediately provide training to
all employees who handle hazardous waste and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD.
This is a Class II violation.
Received by I Inspector: Phone: Date:
(initial): a22,a= I ARIS VELOSO, Senior REHS (209) 468-3453 07/09/2015
Page 4 of 7
