SANJOaQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> —COUNTY- <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> A M CASTLE &CO 1625 TILLIE LEWIS DR, STOCKTON May 09, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I, CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item # Remarks <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br /> During the inspection. The maximum daily amount of propane was identified as 1,280 cubic feet vs. 88 gallons <br /> (3,137 cubic feet) and four drums with a total weight estimated greater than 500 pounds (actual weight was not <br /> available) of waste oily solid were found on site that have not been reported and the updated information has not <br /> been submitted. Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the information <br /> submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> -A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> -Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> -A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 12 HSC 25505(c) Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br /> Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. The emergency <br /> response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by <br /> this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities <br /> for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. Immediately make arrangements to have the business <br /> plan readily available for review. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the completed inspection report. <br /> Facility does not have internal roads and this element was not addressed on the site map. Please address this <br /> by either writing "NA"for not applicable or a statement that says the element is not on site. Please correct this <br /> by the next submittal. <br /> Provided CERS access and submittal assistance at the time of inspection. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
