Lincoln Properties LTD is the property owner <br />Mason Center will be the new owner of the existing tanks <br />2. Certificate of training will follow this letter response <br />3. Please use cut sheets for Bravo boxes as the accurate dispenser sump proposed for this project (3) <br />3+0 will be 36" and (3) 3+1 will be 48" <br />4. The overfill -spill containment will be 15 gal for the ('ill and the vapor recovery Phase 1 will be 5 <br />gal <br />5. Cut sheets on the flex boots will follow this letter <br />6. Cut sheets on sensors and probes will follow this letter <br />7. Turbine sumps are existing and will not be changed <br />8. Tanks are existing and are assumed to have striker plates, We will be looking into documentation <br />that they do exist <br />if you could help with this by researching your records on file of these existing tanks it would <br />greatly be appreciated <br />9. The tanks are existing and the plan is that they stay existing, on page 5 explains (use only as <br />needed) <br />10. The location for the monitoring panel is undetermined at this time due to the potential of latter <br />remodeling of this existing building <br />The proposed location at this time is in the South—West Corner of the building, we will be <br />submitting as built drawings at the completion of this project <br />11. I was told by Western Geo (The consultant for this site) that the site map for the location of the <br />existing monitoring wells was on file with your office <br />12. Page 6 will be redone and resubmitted for your review, the fiber glass piping does not penetrate the <br />surface as shown <br />13.
