Method and location of disposal of waste generated from release and clean up. Attach <br />copies of any hazardous waste manifests: All hazardous waste collected from said spill <br />was disposed of properly in our solid hazardous waste bin located at the rear of the <br />facility. <br />�.. 10. Description of proposed methods of repair or replacement of primary or secondary <br />containment: Replacement for secondary containment is done by calling RFSC who then <br />contracts Filter Recycling Services to pick up our hazardous waste material bins. All <br />manifests are then kept on site. <br />11. Description of additional actions taken to prevent future releases: Knowledge of <br />proper usage for all the dispensing equipment is available, encouraged and enforced by <br />our employees to our customers.
