Charter Way, Stockton, CA(Site Code 508175) <br /> Dear Mr. Infurna: <br /> This letter report presents the results of the bench scale test using RegenOXTM conducted on <br /> impacted soil and groundwater collected from the subject site located on West Charter Way east of <br /> South Fresno Avenue (Figure 1). <br /> SOIL AND GROUNDWATER SAMPLING FOR ISCO BENCH SCALE TEST <br /> On April 8, 2008, Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. (Ground Zero) personnel marked the site and cleared <br /> the Site through Underground Services Alert. Before commencing work on the Site, Ground Zero <br /> obtained the proper boring permit from San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (SR#053920). The work was performed according to the approved scope of work outlined in <br /> Ground Zero's: Workplan for the Installation of ISCO Injection;Point dated September 14, 2007 and <br /> the subsequent Letter Addendum Workplan for the Installation of ISCO Injection Point dated <br /> February 4, 2008. Copies of the boring permit and field logs-as well as the borehole log of the angle <br /> boring advanced during this phase of work are included in-Ground Ground Zero's: Semi-Annual <br /> Groundwater Sampling Report _ First and Second Quarters. 2008 and Soil and Groundwater <br /> Sampling for ISCO Bench Scale Test dated May 19,2008. <br /> Drilling and Soil Sampling <br /> Drilling was conducted by V&W Drilling of Lodi, California (C57 #802334) using 8" diameter <br /> hollow stem augers under the supervision of an experienced geologist working for Ground Zero. A <br /> boring was advanced to approximately 22.5 feet below grade surface (bgs) and then continuously <br /> sampled to a total depth of 34:5 feet bgs.
