I do not know whether you would be willing to address this matter. <br /> However, the State Board has arbitrarily decided that fifty percent (50%) of <br /> all clean up costs are attributable to the solvents. If you could indicate that <br /> the tightness of the soil would not have allowed for remediation of the <br /> petroleum, regardless of the presence of any solvents, this would be extremely <br /> helpful. <br /> Thank you for your attention to this matter.
