Charter Way, Stockton, CA 95205 (S!'"E) <br /> Dear Sir or Madam, <br /> Susan from our office spoke with Frank of EHD recently regarding the subject project. Per you <br /> request, attached is a work plan and completed forms for the subject drilling project SITE. <br /> Introduction <br /> The subject SITE is an industrial complex. It consists of more than 14 industrial buildings [Fig. 1] <br /> located in Stockton, San Joaquin County, California in a commercial and industrial area. <br /> The current owner is CCJS, and Mr. Scott Kurteff is a representative of CCJS owners <br /> (Tel.: 831-238-0433, Fax: 831-626-3587). This work is required because of a pending real <br /> estate transaction. ACS has been retained by CCJS to conduct a pre-remediation soil <br /> characterization report. <br /> ACS or its assignee will provide for- <br /> 1. Informing Dig-Alert [public domain data]; saw cut concrete, drilling for 32 soil bores; to up to <br /> about 30 feet below ground surface (bgs). The total footage is up to 900 linear feet. Each of <br /> the bores will be hand-augered at the top 4 feet to avoid accidental breach of pipes and <br /> other underground obstacles. <br /> 2. Analyses: may include some of the following analytes volatile organic compounds, organic <br /> full scan [8260], and CAM metals. Number of samples to be taken: approximately 64, <br /> including duplicates. <br /> 3. Other project management, including supervision by a state registered Professional <br /> Geologist, sampling, transporting. <br /> 4. Writing an investigation report, and presented to the owner and other parties. <br /> 5. Sampling will be supervised by a California Registered Professional Geologist. <br /> 6. Samples will be analyzed by State certified laboratories. <br /> 7. Resurface the surface of the boreholes with cement or bentonite mixture. <br /> 8. Private utility locator will delineate private underground utility on SITE. <br /> 9. Conduct daily tailgate meeting for safety and health. <br /> 10.
