MOORE <br /> FOR ECLOSURE OF SURFACE IMPOUNDMENT AS CLASS I LANDFILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> REPORTING N <br /> In reporting the monitoring data required by this program, the owner shall arrange the data in both <br /> tabular and graphical form so that the date, the constituents, the concentrations, and the units are <br /> readily discernible. The data shall be summarized with a short discussion of the monitoring results, i T <br /> including notations of any water quality violations shall precede the tabular summaries. The report <br /> shall contain tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during previous <br /> quarters. The report shall include a discussion of the progress toward re-establishment of <br /> compliance with the water quality protection standard. <br /> Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 15th day of the month following <br /> the calendar quarter in which the samples were taken. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified herein <br /> shall be reported to the Board. <br /> WATER QUALITY PROTECTION STANDARD I <br /> The owner shall submit by 1 September 1995 a Water Quality Protection Standard. The Water <br /> Quality Protection Standard, as defined in §2550.2 of Chapter 15, shall consist of constituents of <br /> concern, their concentration limits, the point of compliance, and all water quality monitoring points. T <br /> The Water Quality Protection Standard(Standard) shall consist of the following elements: v <br /> CONSTITUENTS OF CONCERN T <br /> The Constituents of Concern shall be for water-bearing media (i.e., ground water and surface <br /> water). <br /> CONCENTRATION LIMITS <br /> For each monitoring point or location assigned to the detection monitoring program, the <br /> Concentration Limit for each Constituent of Concern (or Monitoring Parameter) shall be its <br />
