AGE plans to evaluate remedial alternatives to reduce groundwater concentrations, and will <br /> propose additional investigation work following the next quarterly monitoring report submittal. <br /> To provide a more thorough and expeditious review of the quarterly monitoring reports,please include <br /> the following items in future quarterly monitoring reports: <br /> • Show the locations of former USTs and dispenser areas on all site maps. <br /> • Provide a table(s) listing historical depth to water measurements, groundwater elevation values <br /> for all wells monitored, historical flow directions, and historical groundwater gradients. <br /> • Provide a map of the site showing groundwater concentrations of TPHg,benzene, and 1,2-DCA <br /> in monitoring wells. Also show the current extent of groundwater contamination identified <br /> during the quarterly monitoring event on this same map. <br /> • Provide a table(s) listing all monitoring well details including: well number, date installed, casing <br /> diameter, casing material, slot size, surveyed elevation,reference elevation, top and bottom of <br /> screen, top and bottom of filter pack, and aquifer zone. Also present the screen interval <br /> information graphically in a figure. <br /> Continue to present the concentration time-series graphs annually in the first quarterly(annual) <br /> monitoring report. Also include trend lines for each chemical constituent, and plot water level <br /> elevations on the second Y-axis of the concentration time-series graphs. <br /> Please notify Harlin Knoll at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division(209) 468-3442 <br /> and me at least two business days prior to any site work or sampling.
