Prior to construction, plans and specifications for <br /> soil borings, ground water monitoring, injection, and extraction wells, and air/vapor monitoring, injection,/�\ <br /> and extraction wells/points shall be submitted to Board staff for review and approval. [/ <br /> Once appropriate permitting requirements have been met, the Board shall be notified rive days prior to <br /> implementation of remedial activities, including addition of hydrogen peroxide and ammonium nitrate to <br /> the subsurface. <br /> Quarterly reports are required in Section 2652(d) of the Underground Tank Regulations, Chapter 16, <br /> Division 3, Title 23, of the California Code of Regulations. Quarterly reports must follow the format <br /> included in the Tri-Regional Recommendations and Appendix A which were made a part of Cleanup and <br /> Abatement Order No. 93-701. <br /> Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 20th day of the month following the end of each <br /> calendar quarter until such time that the Executive Officer determines that the reports are no longer <br /> necessary. <br /> Annual sampling will occur in the first quarter of the calendar year. All wells will be sampled and the <br /> samples analyzed as described above. <br /> Prior to startup of a soil or ground water treatment system, the Dischargers shall supply Board staff with <br /> a ground water monitoring program that will demonstrate the effectiveness of the ground water treatment <br /> System. <br />
