Cherokee Lane, Lodi <br /> We informed AGE and Mr. Geweke that State Board Cleanup Fund staff have requested that after we <br /> approve an innovative technology, the Work plan be submitted to them for preapproval. <br /> AGE presented SESOIL results showing that soil contamination at the site will not impact ground <br /> water. I stated that I did not doubt that SESOIL reached that conclusion, however, I did not believe <br /> the conclusion was correct because the ground water is already impacted. <br /> AGE will prepare a plan which concentrates on achieving water quality goals for benzene. They will <br /> address the need for a well between MW-9 and MW-12, assess the vapor monitoring, provide <br /> additional microbiological information, pursue permits, prepare a new timeline, prepare cross sections <br /> showing benzene, and try to correlate their information with Mr. Kauffman's. <br /> Attachments <br />
