12/x2/2001 16:06 2094118 AGE STOCKTON• PAGE 02 <br /> ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> Soil Boring Advancement <br /> 121 South Cherokee Lane, Lodi, CA. <br /> As the property owner of 121 South Cherokee Lane,I(Mr.Emil Panshy)do hereby grant permission <br /> to Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. (AGE) to advance 1 cone penetrometer testing(CPT) soil <br /> boring at 121 South Cherokee Lane, Lodi, CA. The investigation is being performed under the <br /> directive of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB). <br /> The scope of work for investigation at 121 South Cherokee Lane will include drilling a 2-inch <br /> diameter borehole utilizing a.CPT drill rig to an approximate depth of 100 feet below site grade <br /> (bsg). <br /> Prior toperformance of any field operations, a 48 hours notification to 'Mr. Emil Pans will be <br /> given. Drilling activities will be completed in approximately 3 hours. The area utilized for boring <br /> advancement activities at 121 South Cherokee Lane shall be returned to its original conditions prior <br /> to drilling activities. <br /> All costs for performance of the subsurface investigation will be the sole responsibility of Geweke <br /> Land Development and Marketing (GLDM). GLDM will be solely responsible for all costs and <br /> expenses for investigations associated with contamination from previous operations by Geweke Car <br /> Dealership. <br /> Copies of all testing and reporting for any investigation performed at 121 South Cherokee Lane will <br /> be forwarded to Mr.Emil Panske.Furthermore,Mr.Pans will be provided with a copy of the"No <br /> Further Action"letter from the,appropriate regulatory ag6hcies upon completion of investigation, <br /> if requested. <br /> Mr. Emil Pansl-property owner: 121 South Cherokee Lane, Lodi, California <br />
