Infurna of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHSEHD)has informed me that his agency wants definitive progress to the site located <br /> at 200 South Cherokee Lane, Lodi, California that is curiently owned by Mr. Hansen and <br /> managed by Mr. Verseput. PHSEHD has advised me that they want an application for soil <br /> borings completed and a check for$89-00 submitted totheir office today. PHSEHD also wants a <br /> definite time to begin execution of the Site Assessmentworkplan that was submitted to their <br /> office in September, 1999 and subsequently approved along with a definite time when their <br /> agency would receive a report of findings. PHSEHD warits those specific dates in writing by— <br /> today, <br /> ya-.today, April 7, 2000. <br /> In order to comply with PHSEHD requirements and to insure that you will qualify with the <br /> California State Water Resources Control Board Underground Storage Tank Cleanup'Fund <br /> (FUND) the following actions are strongly suggested: <br /> 1.
