Work Zones <br /> At the beginning of each work shift, the SSO shall peiform initial air monitoring with portable <br /> direct-reading instruments to identify the area(s) onsi a where gas and vapor contamination is <br /> present. <br /> Based on these initial air monitoring readings,the SS D shall establish discrete work zones as <br /> follows: <br /> Exclusion Zone or "Hot" Zone <br /> The Exclusion Zone or "Hot" Zone shall be defined follows: <br /> 1.
