This permit is revocable at any time upon written notice to the mailing address of the Permittee III. TRAFFIC SAFETY & CONVENIENCE. The permittee shall at all times give strict attention to the safety and rights of tie traveiing puoiic. A. IMPAIRED VISIBILITY. No move is to be made except on special authorization: 1. In rainy or foggy weather; 2. During hours of darkness; 3.
