Environmental Health Department <br /> SAN _JOAQUIN <br /> COUNTY <br /> Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> TRACY TOYOTA 2895 N NAGLEE RD, TRACY August 28, 2018 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> -One blue metal 55 gallon drum of oily solids was observed on the south side of the shop without an accumulation <br /> start date on the label. <br /> -One blue metal 55 gallon drum of oily solids was observed on the north side of the shop with an accumulation start <br /> date of November 3, 2016. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition(contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of metal filters was observed on the south side of the shop without an <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> -One blue metal 55 gallon drum of metal filters was observed in the shop tank storage room without an <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used <br /> oil filters,"and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately mark the accumulation start date and ensure <br /> that all used oil filters are managed in this way. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by September 28, 2018. <br /> Note: The primary emergency coordinator was listed as John Torres in the contingency plan. John Torres is no <br /> longer employed at Tracy Toyota.
