Initiate the work <br /> plan within 60 days of date of this letter and notify EHD at least 48 hours prior to <br /> the initiation of field activities. Submit a report of findings within 60 days of receipt <br /> of analytical data. While the findings should be reported in the context of the site <br /> conceptual model (SCM), the SCM need not be totally reissued unless the <br /> concepts have been greatly revised.
