The operation <br /> and performance summary of the SVE system is included in Appendix A. <br /> The SVE system with serial number 9230 has operated for approximately 3,814 hours <br /> since the start-up, and petroleum hydrocarbon laden soil vapors were extracted from <br /> wells VW-6, VW-8, VW-9, & MW-9 using the 7.5 hp rated blower of the SVE system. <br /> The SVE system was shutdown on November 3, 2004. This SVE system has removed <br /> approximately 5,271 pounds of GRO (see Appendix A). <br /> Stratus proposes to replace the two 200 cfm King, Buck/Hasstech SVE systems with a <br /> 500 cfm Solleco thermal oxidizer. Hence, Stratus requests that SJVPACD cancel the <br /> PTO Numbers N-5026-1-0 and N-5026-2-0 issued for the King, Buck/Hasstech SVE <br /> systems.
