The report will be presented in the form of an SCM, as requested <br /> by SJCEHD. The report will include, but not be limited to, analytical tables, a scaled site <br /> plan, geologic cross sections, boring logs, certified analytical reports, and general <br /> findings of the assessment. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> Stratus will forward an access agreement to the property owner south of the ARCO <br /> Facility (The Robert and Cleo Vieira Family Trust). Encroachment permit applications <br /> will also be forwarded to CalTrans and SJCPWD. Once access to the property has been <br /> granted, and the encroachment permits have been secured, a drilling application package <br /> will be forwarded to SJCEHD and the work will be scheduled. Approximately 4 weeks <br /> will likely be necessary for a C-57 licensed contractor to become available.
