PREFACE - §112.7 <br /> The purpose of this Spill Prevention,Control,and Countermeasures(SPCC)Plan is to address the storage, <br /> transfer, and handling of oil at the YRC #813 Terminal (Terminal) in Tracy, California (TCY). The Plan <br /> is designed to satisfy the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations Title 40,Part 112(40 CFR 112), <br /> Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Oil Pollution Prevention Regulations.
