5.1.3 Emergency Contacts—§112.7(a)(3)(vi) <br /> The Emergency Coordinator (EC) at the Tracy, California Terminal is the Equipment Service Center <br /> Manager. An alternate EC is the Distribution Center Manager. The Equipment Service Center Manager <br /> periodically reviews and updates the Plan, including spill response procedures, and is responsible for <br /> arranging new employee SPCC training and annual SPCC training sessions for existing employees. A <br /> Notification Contact List is provided in Table A-1. This notification list contains the names and telephone <br /> numbers of the facility response team, as well as oil spill response contractors (OSRO), NRC, and all <br /> appropriate Federal, State,and Local agencies that must be notified in the event of a reportable discharge. <br /> 23 <br />
