Notification of the California Environmental Protection Agency <br /> All releases reported to the NRC will also be reported to CEPA, Cal EMA and San Joaquin County DEH <br /> and OES(see Appendix A). In California,a reportable spill is a release that is reportable to the NRC. Any <br /> oil spill reported to the NRC should also be reported to the LEPC. Written spill reports submitted to the <br /> EPA Regional Administrator will also be submitted to CEPA. The telephone numbers for CEPA and the <br /> addresses for submitting spill reports to CEPA are provided in Appendix A. These reports submitted to <br /> CEPA will be prepared as described in this Section. <br /> Notification of the Local Emergency Planning Committee(LEPC) <br /> The LEPC will be notified of any spill reported to the NRC and CEPA. <br /> 26 <br />
