14.0 TANK CAR & TRUCK LOADING/UNLOADING - §112.7(h) <br /> There are no loading/unloading racks at this facility. Diesel fuel is unloaded from tanker trucks at <br /> designated unloading areas <br /> 14.1 Rack Area Drainage—&112.7(H)(1) <br /> There are no loading/unloading racks at the Terminal. The truck unloading areas are equipped with a spill <br /> response equipment and absorbent pads,booms,oil dry,and other basic spill response equipment would be <br /> deployed to provide containment for a release during truck unloading or loading operations. <br /> 14.2 Disconnect Warning—012.7(h)(2) <br /> There are no loading/unloading racks at this facility. However, warning signs are located at the truck <br /> unloading areas near the bulk fuel farm and UST loading area to warn drivers to verify that transfer lines <br /> are to be completely disconnected and drained before the departure of the truck. <br /> 14.3 Examination of Tank Truck Drains—4112.7(h)(3) <br /> There are no loading racks at this facility. However, drivers are required to examine the lowest drain and <br /> other outlets for leakage prior to departure. Where necessary,outlets are adjusted to prevent leakage while <br /> in transit. <br /> 37 <br />
