As of this date, the submittal has not been received. <br /> An addendum to the workplan is still required and should include <br /> a schedule for the planned activities (ie; the tank removal, <br /> over-excavation, and monitoring well installations) . <br /> You are hereby directed to submit an addendum to the workplan by <br /> March 15, 1995, complete with a working time table of the events <br /> required by PHS-EHD in correspondence dated December 5, 1994 . <br /> A review of the "Fourth Quarter 1994 Ground Water Monitoring <br /> Report" has been completed and PHS-EHD has the following <br /> comments . <br /> All future analyses for groundwater sampling from UST-1 shall <br /> include both Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Gasoline (TPH-G) and <br /> Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Diesel (TPH-D) as well as BTEX <br /> for every quarter. TPH-D groundwater analysis shall utilize EPA <br /> Method 8015 modified with a GC/FID 3550 preparation or EPA Method <br /> 8260 GC/MS . Only detection limits of 50 ug/1 shall be used. <br /> TPH-G groundwater analysis shall utilize EPA Method 8015 modified <br /> with GC/FID 5030 preparation or EPA Method 8260 GC/MS. Only <br /> detection limits of 50 ug/l shall be used. <br /> The detection limit for this quarterly report utilized 1 . 0 ug/l <br /> for the BTEX constituents . The acceptable detection limit for <br /> BTEX analysis is 0 . 5 ug/l and shall be the only detection limit <br /> submitted to PHS-EHD on the required quarterly reports. <br /> A I)itision of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
