AGE has requested a change of designation, as
multiple drinking water wells are on the site or next door at the restaurant.
How will the small well designation change if the UST site closes? Or any nearby well?
Can the site keep the well if the site is closed? The Q1 2011 results are demonstrating a low
threat ground water plume.
Thank you in advance.for your help in this matter. This sampling was to demonstrate that this well meets the
drinking water standards for PCE and could be permitted as another source for this water system. The well has
been inactive since 2002,when it was disconnected from the water system due to exceeding this standard. If the
well was tested please submit the results to this Department. Otherwise we.must purse the destruction of this
inactive well.
Thank you,
Adrienne
Adrienne Ellsaesser, REHS
Acting Program Coordinator
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
600 E Main Street
Stockton , CA 95202
Ph (209)468-0343
Fax(209)468-0341
aellsaesser@_sjcehd_com
9/23/2011
