I have <br /> also enclosed check number 4154 for the $60 application fee. <br /> The well was recently opened up to a total depth of 570 feet. A video log of the well was <br /> then obtained. A copy of the video log summary, and the work plan amendment, are <br /> attached. You previously received a Well Abandonment Work Plan for this project last <br /> fall. <br /> The abandonment will be performed by Layne-Westem Drilling and Halliburton <br /> Cementing Services. The drilling contractor has told me that their license and insurance <br /> information is currently on file with San Joaquin County. The abandonment schedule has <br /> not yet been determined,but I anticipate it will move forward in the next two weeks.
