The FYR's objective is to evaluate the implementation and <br /> performance of the current remedy as it pertains to protecting human health and the <br /> environment. DTSC has reviewed the report and has the following comments: <br /> Comments: <br /> 1) Page ES-1, ES.0.1, last bullet; Please remove Mr. Rich Howard's name as he <br /> did not attend the site inspections on March 2, 2005, and replace with <br /> Ms. Dina Calachini, the actual attendee from TechLaw Inc. <br /> 2) Page ES-1, ES.0.3, second sentence; Please remove the existing sentence and <br /> replace with the following language "...and volatile organic compound and <br /> dieldrin plumes presently extent beyond the installation boundary" with dieldrin <br /> concentrations existing in long-term monitoring wells (LM) LM174AU, LM053A, <br /> LM028A and several extractions wells both to the northwest and northeast of <br /> DDJC-Tracy. <br /> 3) Plate 2, DDJC-Tracy Response Completion Road Map; The proposed <br /> preparation dates of work plans for Defense Site Environmental Reporting <br /> Tracking System (DSERTS) 67 and Solid Waste Management Unit (SWMU) 7 <br /> have passed. In the plate, please insert additional boxes showing the planned <br /> submittal dates to the regulatory agencies for review and approval before work <br /> commences. <br /> 0 Printed on Recycled Paper <br />
