PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> is <br /> ?, NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 34243 South Chrisman Road, in the City of'iTracy (APN 253-180-04) on <br /> the west side of Chrisman Road, south of the California Aquaduct <br /> and north of Interstate 580 has been reviewed by San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) . <br /> The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which <br /> contaminated the site due to unauthorized releases associated with <br /> underground storage tanks (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program', has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmentali impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at <br /> PHS/EHD, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, during <br /> normal working hours, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. If a written request <br /> by any member of the public for a public hearing is not received by <br /> PHS/EHD by February, 2, 1995 the tentative decision shall become <br /> final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 388, Stockton, 95201 .'
