Mitigation measures <br /> identified in the Master Plan EIR that apply to the proposed project, including measures for the <br /> issues not being analyzed in the proposed project EIR, are required to be implemented as part of <br /> the project and will be described in the project EIR. <br /> Scoping Meetings <br /> Two scoping meetings are planned for the WRP #1 - Phase IA/113 Expansion Project. Agency <br /> representatives and members of the public are invited to attend either of these meetings to <br /> present information on issues and alternatives for consideration in the EIR for the proposed <br /> project: <br /> January 30, 2002 <br /> 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. <br /> City of Lathrop Council Chambers <br /> 16775 Howland Road <br /> Lathrop, California <br /> The 4:00 p.m. meeting is intended to focus on input from public agencies and the 6:00 p.m. <br /> meeting is intended to focus on input from the general public.
