Please submit a <br /> groundwater monitoring well installation workplan to characterize groundwater quality at the site <br /> and all land application areas prior to wastewater storage or application. A guidance document for <br /> preparation of the workplan is attached. <br /> 12. A copy of CEQA documentation which describes the proposed wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system, identifies and analyzes potential impacts associated with the facility, and describes the <br /> required mitigation measures.
