I <br /> (CROSSROADS), LATHROP, SANJOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> I have reviewed the Report of Waste Discharge submitted on 18 May 2001 and the subsequent document <br /> (Title 22 Engineering Report) submitted on 14 June 2001 and have determined additional information is <br /> required. This letter requests additional information necessary to complete the RWD. The RWD <br /> addendum must address all items listed on the enclosed sheet entitled "Additional Information <br /> Requirements" and must be prepared under the supervision of a California licensed Registered Engineer. <br /> You have indicated your desire for the tentative Waste Discharge Requirements to be considered at the <br /> September or October 2001 Regional Board meeting. To accomplish that schedule,you should submit <br /> the additional information as soon as possible, but no later than 1 July 2001 (for the 7 September <br /> meeting) or 10 August 2001 (for the 19 October meeting). <br /> It is noted that staff can prepare the tentative WDRs based on the RWD and the additional information <br /> requested on the following page.
