I
(CROSSROADS), LATHROP, SANJOAQUIN COUNTY
I have reviewed the Report of Waste Discharge submitted on 18 May 2001 and the subsequent document
(Title 22 Engineering Report) submitted on 14 June 2001 and have determined additional information is
required. This letter requests additional information necessary to complete the RWD. The RWD
addendum must address all items listed on the enclosed sheet entitled "Additional Information
Requirements" and must be prepared under the supervision of a California licensed Registered Engineer.
You have indicated your desire for the tentative Waste Discharge Requirements to be considered at the
September or October 2001 Regional Board meeting. To accomplish that schedule, you should submit
the additional information as soon as possible, but no later than 1 July 2001 (for the 7 September
meeting) or 10 August 2001 (for the 19 October meeting).
It is noted that staff can prepare the tentative WDRs based on the RWD and the additional information
requested on the following page. However, the WDRs cannot be adopted until CEQA documentation is
received and comments on the Title 22 Engineering Report are received from the California Department
of Health Services.
Please call me at(916) 255-3116 if you have any questions regarding this request for additional
information.
TIMOTHY R.
