Monitoring Well MW-17 was never
located and presumed to have been inadvertently destroyed prior to March 1999.
' The following information was obtained from the Record of Water Level Measurements collected in
the field at the time of sampling and included in Appendix A of the Kleinfelder 2000 report:
' • March 2, 1999
— MW-14 could not be located.
' — MW-17 was not observed—inadvertently destroyed.
— MW-18 was damaged—broken at ground level.
• April 20, 1999
' — MW-17 was not observed.
• June 7, 1999
— MW-14, MW-19 and MW-21 were damaged.
' — MW-17 was not observed.
• September 7, 1999
— MW-13, MW-14,MW-18,MW-19 and MW-21 were damaged.
— MW-17 was not observed.
• August 2, 1999
' — MW-14, MW-18,MW-19 and MW-21 were damaged.
MW-17 was not observed.
• October 11, 1999
' — MW-13, MW-14,MW-18,MW-19 and MW-21 were damaged.
— MW-17 was not observed.
