The wells were
successfully located using a portable survey grade Global Positioning System (GPS) as stated in
' the above-referenced letter. The wells have been repaired and returned to operational use for
groundwater level monitoring. If groundwater sampling is desired in these wells, additional well
development will be required.
' MONITORING WELL MW-13
MW-13 is located north of the main drainage canal near the central portion of the property as shown
' on the Site Plan, Figure 1. The well is constructed of one-inch-diameter Schedule 40 PVC encased
in concrete. To repair the well, the surrounding soil was excavated to approximately two feet below
ground surface (bgs). The surrounding concrete was removed, the pipe was cut and the well was
' repaired. To ensure well security, a lockable monument and protective crash posts were installed.
i
j.
r+
' MONITORING WELL,MW-13
' 580 N.Wilma•Suite A•Ripon,CA 95366•(209)835-0610•Fax(888)279-2698
w .engeoxom
