' TMW-7
' The estimated former TMW-7 site is located within a planned residential
development adjacent to River Islands Parkway (Figure 2). On December 16,
2003 Kleinfelder representatives reportedly first noted that monitoring well TMW-7
' was lost as a result of farming operations. Almost two years later (August, 2005),
the estimated former well site appears to be located beneath a home pad on the
north side of a sound wall (Figure 5). The remaining monitoring well PVC casing, if
' any, is assumed buried beneath graded fill.
TMW-9
The estimated former TMW-9 site is located within a planned residential
development (Figure 2). On September 27, 2004 Kleinfelder representatives
' reportedly first noted that monitoring well TMW-9 was lost and destroyed by
grading and construction activities. About one year later (August, 2005), the
estimated former TMW-9 site is located beneath a future home pad (Figure 6).
' The remaining monitoring well PVC casing, if any, is assumed buried beneath
graded fill.
TMW-10
The estimated former TMW-10 site is located west of McKee Boulevard within the
proposed school site (Figure 2). On July 28, 2003 Kleinfelder representatives
reported the monument for TMW-10 was knocked over. By December 16, 2004
they could no longer locate the well, and its destruction was attributed to grading
and construction activities at the time. Almost one year later (August, 2005), the
' remaining monitoring well PVC casing, if any, appears to be buried beneath
graded fill (Figure 7).
' LMW-2
The estimated former LMW-2 site is located on the south side of the former Louise
' Avenue alignment, and near the northwest corner of planned commercial property
(Figure 2). On January 16, 2002, Kleinfelder representatives first reported that
monitoring well LMW-2 had been "knocked over". Almost three years later
' (August, 2005), the estimated former LMW-2 site is located adjacent to the Golden
Valley Parkway alignment (Figure 8). The remaining monitoring well casing, if
any, is assumed to be buried beneath graded soil.
' LMW-3
' The estimated former LMW-3 site is located on the south side of Manthey Road,
and near the northwest corner of planned service commercial land use property
(Figure 2). On November 26, 2003 Kleinfelder representatives first reported that
' monitoring well LMW-3 had been damaged, and the well was first reported as
destroyed by construction activities on March 2, 2004. In August 2005, the former
LMW-3 site is located beneath a soil berm at the edge of a graded field. The
