Field reconnaissance included physically canvassing the area where the wells or <br /> piezometers were located and digging down with a shovel in an attempt to uncover the well <br /> casing. <br /> ' The lost wells/piezometers include: <br /> ' TMW-1, TMW-7, TMW-9, TMW-10, LMW-2, LMW-3, LMW-5, LMW-6, P-3, P-7, and P-8 <br /> These locations were previously only surveyed for elevations and thus locating them by use of <br /> GPS was not possible. <br /> ' There are no other monitoring wells or piezometers located on the Mossdale Village site that do <br /> not belong to the newly revised groundwater monitoring network. <br /> ' Limitations <br /> ' Kleinfelder has performed its services in a manner consistent with the standards of care and skill <br /> ordinarily exercised by members of the profession practicing under similar conditions in the <br /> geographic vicinity and at the time the services will be performed. No warranty or guarantee, <br /> ' expressed or implied, is part of the provided services. <br /> This memo may be used only by the client and only for the purposes stated, within a reasonable <br /> time from its issuance. Land use, site conditions (both on- and off-site) or other factors may <br /> ' change over time, and additional work may be required.
