The previously submitted and approved report "City of <br /> Lathrop, Monitoring Well Installation Report, Phase 2" (January 17, 2006) <br /> ' described how historical document reviews and field reconnaissance efforts, <br /> which included significant soil excavation work, failed to locate these former <br /> wells; a copy of the letter report describing the search effort and results is <br /> ' provided in Appendix B. Accordingly, these former wells are omitted from the <br /> approved monitoring well network reported above in Table 1. <br /> ' The WDRs also included three River Islands monitoring wells that were identified <br /> as damaged in January 2006 (MWR-15, -18 and -20). Since January 2006, <br /> MWR-15 and MWR-20 have been repaired and MWR-18 has been destroyed. <br /> - 4 - <br />
