<br /> 3) Case 3 is on-going investigation to be carried out by Dopaco to address closure of tanks A, B, D, E,
<br /> F, G and H. Chemicals of concern associated with Case 3 include; petroleum hydrocarbons, both
<br /> diesel and gasoline and the following chlorinated solvents detected in soil, soil gas or groundwater in
<br /> the northern portion of the property: 1,4-dichlorobenzene, 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene,
<br /> 1,2,4-trichlorobenzne, acetone, carbon disulfide, cis-1,2-dichloroethene, di-isopropyl ether,
<br /> 4-methyl-2-pentanone, hexachlorobutadiene, isopropyl benzene, naphthalene, tert-butyl benzene,
<br /> and vinyl chloride.
<br /> 4) The Tables below show all tanks associated with the property at 800 West Church Street in Stockton,
<br /> the contents stored in the underground storage tanks and the party responsible for cleanup and
<br /> investigation for each tank

<br /> 5) Case 3 is under investigation for all remaining Dopaco Inc. tanks (A, B, D through H) containing
<br /> chemicals, with the exception of Toluene in Case 1 Tank C, including; petroleum hydrocarbons, both
<br /> diesel and gasoline and the following chlorinated solvents have been detected in soil, soil gas or
<br /> groundwater at Case 3: 1,4-dichlorobenzene, 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene,
<br /> acetone, carbon disulfide, cis-1,2-dichloroethene, di-isopropyl ether, 4-methyl-2-pentanone,
<br /> hexachlorobutadiene, isopropyl benzene, naphthalene, tert-butyl benzene, and vinyl chloride.
<br /> 6) We intend to close only Case 1; Tank C (Toluene tank) at this time, and continue investigations for
<br /> remaining Tanks in Case 2 and Case 3. Due to the conditions in the Court Order, we are separating
<br /> Case 1 Tank C Toluene tank from pollution in the remaining Tanks A, B, D through H (Case 3) at the
<br /> request of Dopaco/Cascade Inc.
