If approved, I would like to start <br /> work next Monday, 29 July(the contractor is not available again until the end of August). <br /> Once I have the city of Stockton encroachment permit in hand, I will submit another permit application for the 3 <br /> CPT/groundwater borings on Church Street, also to be completed next week.
