Each parcel requires a separate! ermit. You have been working on one parcel so in the past one permit was all you required. This project seems to be on 3 parcels plus a public right of way. The onsite work requires a permit fee of$125 and an inspection activity fee of$375. This is what you sent and is correct for the work being performed on-site. You will need an separate permit for the work in the roadways and an encroachment permit from the City of Stockton (I think it is a city road). Since this is a separate permit it will come with a $125 permit fee and a $375 inspection activity fee. You propose do work on two parcels owned by a private party(Stockton Port District). Each parcel requires a separate permit. An access agreement signed by the property owners is required before I can issue a permit. Because these parcels are owned by the same party,I can waive the inspection activity for one of them, but not the other. So,one permit would be$125 plus$375 and the other would be$125. In conclusion: 4 permits are required. The fees are 3 inspection activity fees at$375 each for a total of$1125. Plus 4 permit fees at$125 each for a total of$500. The total amount of fees would be$1625. We received$500. Therefore we would need an additional$1125. We would need 4 permit forms filled out(one for each parcel or right of way) We need an encroachment permit from who-ever owns the street. We need an access agreement from the property owners of the northern properties. I can not process this permit as it is proposed. Let me know how you intend to proceed.
