BOTTLES ARE DIRTY. COMPLAINANT SPOKE TO <br /> MANAGER ABOUT THIS BUT MANAGER GOT"NASTY"WITH THEM. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival I spoke with the owner in regards to the complaint. Owner stated that all ketchup bottles are thrown out and <br /> replaced once they are finished. Owner stated that a customer,who was a regular,was caught placing hot sauce into different <br /> ketchup bottles.When the owner found out about this particular customer, she told them to leave the facility because she had <br /> no idea how many bottles have been tampered with by customer. Owner stated all ketchup bottles were replaced and <br /> precious ones were thrown away.
