The cleanup was completed. The drains <br /> and sumps were washed out. 2600 gallons of non RCRA oily liquid was <br /> generated and hauled off. <br /> 04/09/2019 Received complaint information from John Alaniz in preparation for spill clean-up PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 12 min verification tomorrow. SC 007 <br /> 04/09/2019 Updated Elianna Florido on the spill. Explained hazardous waste regulation to PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 24 min Alex Bisbikis. SC 007 <br /> 04/10/2019 Met with Alex Bisbikis, Environmental Specialist, and Ted, Environmental PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 108 min Manager, for Trinchero Family Estates on site to verify the diesel spill clean-up. SC 544 <br /> Checked drain and sumps. Verified the spill clean-up complete. Alex provided the <br /> initial hazardous waste manifest for the 2600 gallons of contaminated water. Alex <br /> to provide EHD with the final signed off copy of the manifest. Alex stated the 6 <br /> drums of oily absorbent is still on site, which John Alaniz, REHS, previously stated <br /> he observed at the time of his inspection. <br /> Left site. <br /> Generated photo log and emailed it to John Alaniz. <br /> 04/11/2019 Filled out complaint information. PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 42 min Completed Prop 65. SC 544 <br /> Found coordinates for spill. <br /> Received photo log from Elianna. <br /> 04/11/2019 Received a call from Christina Cook who works for an insurance agency that PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 18 min covers Pacific Shipping. She asked that all invoices get sent to SC 007 <br /> PO BOX 94 <br /> South Sioux City <br /> Nebraska 68776 <br /> CLAIM #P58799 <br /> Updated complaint. <br /> 04/17/2019 Received the disposal records from Alex Bisbikis <abisbikis@tfewines.com>. The PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 18 min manifest for the oily water was signed by the TSDF. I just needed the TSDF copy SC 544 <br /> of the manifest for the oily debris.
