(AGE) has prepared this Offsite Domestic Well Sampling Report. The site location is depicted on Figure 1. The approximate location of the domestic well sampled on 09 November 2012 is illustrated in Figure 2. PROCEDURES On 09 November 2012, AGE staff sampled an off-site domestic well located at 16335 Clifton Court, Stockton, California (site). The domestic well is located approximately 300 feet to the north of the Sarale Farms site (Figure 2). Sampling was performed under the direction of San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) staff and in accordance with SJCEHD letter dated, 30 October 2012 (Appendix A). Groundwater samples were collected following a short purge into laboratory-supplied 40-m1 volatile organic analysis (VOA) vials and one-liter amber glass containers, all without a preservative. The samples were collected with no visible air bubbles present in the vials after filling and capping. Following collection samples were appropriately labeled, placed on ice, and kept in a cooler until delivered to Cal Tech Environmental Laboratories (CTEL), a State of California Department of Public Health-certified analytical laboratory,for analysis of: Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons Quantified as Gasoline (TPH-g) by EPA method 8015M; • Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes (BTEX) by EPA method 8260B; 837 Shaw Road • Stockton.
