SFK
_ SFK Environmental Consultants, inc.
81714th Street,Suite 300
Sacramento,CA 95814
(916)444-8510 j
i
SUBSURFACE INVESTIGATION
t
10765 W. CLOVER DR.
I
SUBSURFACE SUMMARY
I
The investigation conducted at the 10765 W. Clover Drive location was
completed on December 10, 1987. After compiling all the geologic data, ana-
lytical data and the groundwater survey data, this final report has been re-
viewed by our staff and is now being forwarded to you for your review and
disposition.
After a very careful review by our engineering geologist, chemist and
myself, we have established these conclusions and this recommendation.
1
' CONCLUSIONS
Soils
Based on the analytical data gathered from each of the monitoring well
borings at this location, it appears that no significant impact has occurred
to the soils at this location due to the existance of the underground storage
tanks. All soil analytical data reported none detected.
Groundwater
Based on the analytical data of the waters sampled after well development
and 5 well volumes removed from each well at this location, it would appear
that no significant impact has been made on the underlying waters.
Recommendations
Taking into consideration all the analytical data, geological data and
the flatness of the groundwater beneath this site, no apparent impact to either
soils or water has occurred because of the existance of the underground storage
tanks, we can recommend that no further action need be taken at this location.
