We are providing you with the attached Site Effluent
Table that contains the draft reasonable potential analysis for the SIP Data. The reasonable
potential analysis is part of the NPDES discharge permitting process and is used to determine
what constituents require effluent limit. Thus, the reasonable potential analysis is not finalized
until the tentative permit is developed and circulated to you and the public for review and
comment. The SIP Data included two quarters of analytical results for dioxins, and thus is
complete.
If you have any questions, you may contact me at (916) 255-3082.
MARY ERRA
Private Sites Cleanup Unit
Enclosure
cc: Mr. Carol Oz, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, Stockton
Mr. Mark Wuttig, CH2M Hill, Thousand Oaks
California Environmental Protection Agency
a Recycled Paper
The energy challenge facing California is real.
