Old Domestic Water Well: <br /> ' Observations <br /> • An old domestic well is located in the west-central portion of the property. Reportedly it is not <br /> ' in use and its appearance supports this. <br /> Conclusions <br /> ' • This well is abandoned and no longer needed. <br /> Recommendations <br /> ' • The well should be closed under permit from the County. <br /> ' <br /> Follow-up <br /> • The old domestic well was abandoned on May 22, 2001 by Clark Well under county permit. <br /> Documentation is attached. <br /> ' 5. Old Trucks&Debris: <br /> ' Observations <br /> • The property is littered with old truck bodies and parts of various kind. Also there is a large <br /> amount of debris and junk scattered around the Property. <br /> 1 Conclusions <br /> ' This material probably does not pose a significant threat to soil or groundwater contamination. <br /> Recommendations <br /> ' Recommendations <br /> • However,due to the change in land use, this material should be removed from the Property and <br /> any soil stained by oil leaking from the trucks and parts should also be removed appropriately. <br /> ' Follow-uo <br /> ' All of the old trucks and equipment have been removed from the Property. <br /> 6. Soil Stockpile: <br /> ' Observations <br /> • There is a large stockpile of soil on the eastern portion of this property.
