Other bias will be noted in the respective data validation memoranda to alert <br /> the data user to potential limitations. <br /> Data will also be reconciled with the respective project DQOs as described in Section 3 as part.of the <br /> evaluation and reporting of the findings of the various field programs. <br /> 9.6 Electronic Data Management <br /> SGI will maintain a project database for chemistry data collected during the investigation of soil, <br /> sediment, and groundwater. SGI's Data Manager is responsible for the maintenance of the project <br /> chemistry database. Each laboratory will provide the analytical data in electronic format for storage in the <br /> project analytical database. SCI's Data Manager will amend the project database with each new set of <br /> data provided by the laboratory, perform. accuracy checks between the hardcopy and electronic data <br /> reports, and.maintain any data qualifiers resulting from data validation activities. <br /> Sample data are electronically and manually imported directly into the project database. Once data have <br /> been entered and all quality control reviews have been performed, queries can be generated and data <br /> interfaced with industry-standard products for visualization, graphing, and reporting. <br /> 9.7 File Storage <br /> Data collected-as part of any activities being conducted at the Site will be stored in a central file system in <br /> SGI's offices. Archives are stored in an off-site warehouse. Electronic files are maintained by SGI. In <br /> accordance with their own QA Plans, the. laboratories employed will also .maintain a filing system for <br /> documents necessary to support the analytical processes. <br /> 9.8 Reporting <br /> Reports of any groundwater investigation or subsequent evaluations will be provided in accordance with <br /> the VCA as approved by DTSC or other parties. The reports may contain data, evaluations, and <br /> conclusions to meet the purpose of the report.
