The RCRA records, which were current as of June 1994, indicate- there
are three RCRA generators within the study area
o Bob's Lube & Oil at 1403 Country Club Boulevard
o Michelotti's Auto Service at 1876 Country Club Boulevard
o University of the Pacific at 1081 West Mendocino Avenue
Bob's Lube & Oil is associated with a BP America (BP) gasoline station across Pershing
Avenue from the site and is identified as a large quantity generator (more than
1,000 kg/month) The other sites are identified as small quantity generators (100 to
1,000 kg/month) The RCRA list does not identify the types or quantities of wastes
generated. Inclusion on the RCRA list is not necessarily indicative of a release or waste
storage/handling violation.
