Upon review of the <br /> data, you will note that TPH as gasoline was detected in <br /> groundwater samples collected from MW-3 (920 parts-per-billion <br /> (ppb) and 1, 100 ppb) , MW-4 (190 ppb) , and MW-7 (72 ppb) . Please <br /> also note that BTEX constituents were not detected in MW-7, and <br /> that the reported TPH-gasoline concentration appears to be <br /> declining relative to concentrations reported over at least the <br /> last three quarters . <br /> Following-up my July 1, 1994 letter, I understand that you <br /> received the notification that you requested prior to field <br /> activities this quarter, and Alisto. has been instructed to <br /> continue providing you with the notification that you have <br /> requested. Also note that the all street box locations have been <br /> shown on the figures in the attached report. Some of the <br /> monitoring well vaults have been repaired, and I have issued a <br /> contract to Alisto to repair the remaining monitoring well vaults <br /> requiring maintenance.
